Delivery
1.Countries we send to
Our delivery map covers the United Kingdom and European Union member states, and the country selector at checkout is the definitive list. Two groups are outside it: Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria and Cuba; and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine (Crimea, the Donetsk region, the Luhansk region, the occupied parts of the Zaporizhzhia region and the occupied parts of the Kherson region).
Parcels go to street addresses only. Read your address back before you pay — a missing door number is the commonest cause of a lost week.
2.Where your parcel starts
Packing happens at our fulfilment warehouse in Spain, and an order is on its way within 1–2 business days of the payment clearing. We count Monday to Friday as business days and skip Spanish public holidays. Anything ordered over a weekend joins the queue on the following business day.
3.How long it takes and what it costs
| Destination | Dispatch | Delivery | Cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| European Union | 1–2 business days | 3–6 business days after dispatch | £5.99, free from £75 |
| United Kingdom | 1–2 business days | 4–8 business days after dispatch | £5.99, free from £75 |
You pay the delivery charge once per order, whatever its size, and you see it in your chosen currency before you confirm payment. The £75 threshold is measured on the goods total after any discount has come off. Transit times are carrier estimates rather than promises of a particular day.
4.Import charges on UK orders
Orders to the United Kingdom are shipped from the EU. The carrier may charge import VAT, duty or a handling fee on delivery; these charges are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient.
5.Following the parcel
Dispatch triggers an email, and it carries a tracking number whenever the carrier issues one. Account holders can also see the order and where it has got to under Your orders.
6.When a delivery does not land
With nobody in, carriers normally post a card, come back another day, or hold the parcel at a local point for you to collect. Whatever the tracking message tells you to do is the quickest route to the parcel.
Should a parcel travel all the way back to us — an incomplete address, say, or an uncollected parcel — we will get in touch. From there you can have it sent out again for a fresh delivery charge, or take a refund of the goods and the original delivery charge with the carrier’s return fee deducted.
7.Late, missing or damaged parcels
If your order is late, contact us and we trace the parcel with the carrier. If it has not been delivered within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, you can cancel the order for a full refund, or choose a replacement.
Damage in transit: hold on to the box and the packing material, then email us photographs of both along with your order number. Nothing damaged on the way to you costs you anything to put right — see Returns and refunds.
8.Who carries the risk
Until the parcel reaches you or somebody you have nominated, the goods are at our risk. Ownership passes to you once we hold your payment in full.
