The Riom Dog Coat by Trixie is specifically designed to offer protection and comfort outdoors, standing out as a highly functional and durable dog coat. Made of polyester with a quilted fleece lining, it ensures effective thermal insulation against low temperatures, keeping your pet warm without restricting movement. Its finish is water- and wind-repellent, providing optimal defense against harsh weather—ideal for walks in adverse conditions. The design includes strategic elastic sections at the neck and shoulder areas for an ergonomic and comfortable fit, while the extra-high collar with adjustable cord allows a personalized fit, offering better protection from cold and moisture. The coat features two waterproof zippers: one at the neck for attaching the leash directly, and another on the back to connect the coat to a harness, enabling secure and practical dog control. For a precise fit, it has an adjustable buckle strap around the abdomen and adjustable straps for the hind legs, ensuring the coat stays firmly in place without disturbing the dog’s movement. Additionally, it includes reflective elements that enhance visibility and safety in low-light environments—a key detail for night or cloudy-day protection. Available in size L and color blue, this coat combines functionality and comfort, ideal for dogs needing extra protection during outdoor activities. Its practical design and technical details make the Riom Dog Coat a reliable choice to keep pets warm, dry, and visible on walks, especially in cold or wet climates.

Using and cleaning dog kit

Check the measurements in the product details against your dog before you buy. Breed names on a label are a guide, not a fit.
Introduce anything new while your dog is calm and unhurried, and keep the first sessions short.
Wash bedding and fabric toys at the temperature shown on the label, and let them dry fully before they go back down.
Replace chew toys once pieces can be bitten off, and bowls once the surface is scratched enough to hold residue.

Webbing and nylon

Hand wash in warm water with mild detergent and air dry. A tumble dryer weakens the weave and the stitching.
Check the stitched loops at both ends and the clip before each use.

Plush and fabric

Wash at the temperature on the label and air dry. Check seams and squeakers afterwards.
Retire a plush toy once the stuffing is exposed. Loose filling is a swallowing risk.

Where the product or its packaging carries its own instructions, those take precedence over the notes here.
