Thanks to its soft neoprene padding, the NEOPREN VARIO PLUS collar is particularly kind on your dog's neck. The buckle allows the collar to be fitted and removed quickly and easily. The NEOPREN VARIO PLUS collar can be fitted and removed in the blink of an eye without having to fiddle with the buckle. The set size is completely unaffected as, contrary to conventional collars, the size of this collar is not set using the buckle. In this case a sliding adjuster means that the collars stays just as you have set it every time you fasten or unfasten the buckle. The durable nylon material of the collar is washable and so very low maintenance. For greater comfort, the NEOPREN VARIO PLUS collar is lined with soft padding made of equally easy to clean neoprene.

Collars, harnesses and leads

Measure the neck or chest with a soft tape and compare it with the size range in the product details before choosing a size.
Fit so that two fingers slide flat under the strap. A harness that rides up into the armpit is too loose, not too small.
Check stitching, buckles and clips before each walk, and retire anything with a deformed clip or a frayed strap.
Rinse salt, mud and sand off webbing after use and dry it away from direct heat.

Webbing and nylon

Hand wash in warm water with mild detergent and air dry. A tumble dryer weakens the weave and the stitching.
Check the stitched loops at both ends and the clip before each use.

Where the product or its packaging carries its own instructions, those take precedence over the notes here.
