Collars, harnesses and leads
- Measure the neck or chest with a soft tape and compare it with the size range in the product details before choosing a size.
- Fit so that two fingers slide flat under the strap. A harness that rides up into the armpit is too loose, not too small.
- Check stitching, buckles and clips before each walk, and retire anything with a deformed clip or a frayed strap.
- Rinse salt, mud and sand off webbing after use and dry it away from direct heat.
Leather
- Wipe clean and let it dry at room temperature, away from radiators.
- Feed with a leather conditioner now and then so it stays supple, and keep it out of prolonged wet.
- Dispatch
- Orders leave our fulfilment warehouse in Spain within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery to the UK
- 4–8 business days after dispatch. Orders to the United Kingdom are shipped from the EU. The carrier may charge import VAT, duty or a handling fee on delivery; these charges are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient.
- Delivery to the EU
- 3–6 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery cost
- £5.99 on an order, waived from £75.00.
- Returns
- 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Post it back inside 14 days of cancelling and the refund follows inside 14 days.
- Return postage
- Yours to pay, unless the item is faulty — then it is ours.
- Warranty
- 24 months of cover against manufacturing faults.
